- WWM’s Project Management training courses at CITI cover a broad range of project, program and portfolio management subject matter.
- A one day introduction to project management fundamentals provides valuable insights to executives who are new to the concepts. For professionals already involved in project management we provide in-depth instruction in specific knowledge areas such as Risk Management and Quality. We also offer multiple day courses on advanced topics such as Earned Value Analysis and the IT/ IS Development Life Cycle.
Customized Training – WWM can partner with you to
develop in-house project management or Quality training programs targeted
to your industry and the specific functional area or issue.
Certification Courses – WWM has formed a strategic
alliance with the Harrington Institute, one of the leading providers
of Six Sigma certification instruction and consulting services. As
an Alliance Partner with the Harrington Institute, we provide Six
Sigma training and certification. ( http://www.harrington-institute.com/ )
- Attendees who successfully complete these courses and pass the final examination will earn a Six Sigma Champion, Green Belt or Black Belt Certification from the Harrington Institute. We also offer accelerated Quality certification courses for Project Management Professionals (PMP©).
- Through CITI, we conduct a three-day preparation course for the PMP© certification examination administered by the Project Management Institute (PMI®). Our course provides a full review of project management processes and knowledge areas, as well as refreshers on the vocabulary and key formulas that are likely to be found on the exam.
