Thomas F. McCabe, PMP, CSSMBB:
Tom is a managing director of  W.W. Mentorprises, Inc. (WWM), headquartered in Darien,Connecticut. Prior to joining WWM, he was engaged as a consulting manager with a Big 4 Consulting firm within its e-Infrastructure Practice. He has a wide range of consulting assignment experience covering eBusiness transformation, and information systems strategies, methodology development, program management office organization, project risk assessment, systems integration, business continuity planning, software selection, new product development and business process re-engineering. In these capacities, he has led a variety of technology management assignments in industries that include office furniture investment & commercial banking, brokerage, insurance, securities processing, wholesale distribution, warehousing & logistics and manufacturing.

Mr. McCabe holds a Bachelors degree in business administration from Fordham University and a Masters Certificate in project management from George Washington University’s School of Business and Public Management. Currently, he instructs on project and program management at the Connecticut Information Technology Institute (CITI) in Stamford.

He maintains certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP®) from the Project Management Institute (PMI®), headquartered in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, and is a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt (CSSMBB®) from the Harrington Institute in Orlando, Florida.

Mr. McCabe is a co-founder of PMI’s eBusiness Specific Interest Group and formerly served as its chairman & executive advisory chair. He formerly served as vice-chairman of programs for PMI’s Program Management Office Specific Interest Group and Financial Services Specific Interest Group. He maintains membership and attends annual and periodic chapter meetings of the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD™), a non-profit organization that promotes professionalism in training and development field.

Joyce Brown, PMP:
Joyce is a managing director of  W.W. Mentorprises, Inc. (WWM), headquartered in Darien, Connecticut. She has a wide range of consulting and practical experience in business strategy development, program management, project management, and systems integration. In these capacities, she has led a variety of management assignments in areas that include logistics, wholesale distribution, retail, and manufacturing.

Ms. Brown holds a Bachelors degree from Vanderbilt University and a MBA from Middle Tennessee State University. Currently, she instructs as an adjunct professor on project and program management at the University of Connecticut’s Stamford campus.

Prior to joining WWM, Ms. Brown spent more than fifteen years as Vice President of Operations for three major luxury goods companies. In these positions she was responsible for functions including logistics, construction, procurement, production and manufacturing, after sales service, and security. Her earlier experience includes a role as a consulting manager within the Retail/Wholesale Industry Practice of Coopers & Lybrand.

She maintains certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP®) from the Project Management Institute (PMI®), headquartered in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania.

Peggy L. Cannon, PMP, CSSMBB:
Peggy is a managing director & CEO of  W.W. Mentorprises, Inc. (WWM), headquartered in Darien, Connecticut. Over the course of her career, she has been engaged in wide-range consulting engagements in areas such as: business modeling, information systems strategy development, methodology creation and deployment, training course development & delivery, systems integration, functional system specification, business continuity & contingency planning, and business process re-engineering.

She maintains certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP®) from the Project Management Institute (PMI®), In addition, Ms. Cannon has earned her Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification from the Harrington Institute. Ms. Cannon maintains membership with the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD®).
